When you suggest a place, claim a listing, write a review, or email us, we store what you submit (name, email, phone, message). We may also collect basic, anonymous usage statistics to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information only to verify and publish listings, respond to your requests, and maintain the quality of the directory. We publish only what you submitted to be shown with a listing.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or hand over your personal data to advertisers. Hello Sylhet does not sell ranking — so your data is never used for ad targeting.
Retention & deletion
You can request correction or deletion of your information at any time. Write to us and we will action it within a reasonable time.
